Evan Baschko
President & CEO
Evan Baschko is the President and CEO of ITS. With undergraduate and master's degrees in accounting from John Carroll University and a background as a collegiate athlete, Evan brings a wealth of experience in auditing, data analytics, and data visualization across the public accounting, investments, and retail apparel industries. Passionate about innovation, Evan helps companies and customers uncover growth opportunities using AI and other evolving technologies. Evan's passion and visionary leadership drive the company forward, making a significant impact in the industry.
Brian Engel
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Engel is a seasoned Chief Technology Officer with over 20 years of experience in technology strategy, software development, and digital transformation. A Magna cum Laude graduate and Valedictorian with two degrees in Computer Science, he has led teams to design scalable systems and manage large IT projects. Brian specializes in cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies, aligning innovations with business goals. His leadership has helped businesses stay competitive and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Cyndy Imes
Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years in the transportation industry, Cyndy Imes has overseen all aspects of operations, EDI, customer service, and audit teams. Her experience includes setting up and testing both custom and standard EDI invoicing for freight bill payment and logistics companies, creating and streamlining processes to fit custom programs for imaging and EDI. Past projects include designing custom parcel reporting, conducting contract spot reviews, working with large parcel clients, overseeing match programs, and creating custom bill of lading entry/reporting and keying entry modules. Originally from Lewiston, Maine, Cyndy graduated with a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and was a former member of the KSU Division I field hockey team. Her hobbies include hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Lucy Baschko
Chief Financial Officer
Lucy Baschko is the Chief Financial Officer at ITS Traffic Systems. A Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry, Lucy brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to her role, playing a pivotal part in keeping ITS ahead of the game. She is a proud graduate of John Carroll University. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys reading and cooking, bringing her passion and creativity to everything she does.
