When you create a new user on the ITS system, we collect personal information to allow us to fulfill requests for reports and carrier/client specific inquiries as well as provide customer support services. Information we collect may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.

What do we do with this information?
Only ITS Traffic Systems has access to customer's information. We will not give or sell your private information to any outside company for any purpose without your express consent.

We will use the information provided to us to notify you of important announcements regarding special offers or software upgrades. If you do not want to receive this information, you can be excluded from these announcements by notifying us by e-mail.

Review and Correction of Personal Information
At any time, you may review or correct your personal information in your user profile. You may also request that we remove your registration data and personal information from our system; however, ITS Traffic Systems reserves the right to provide free customer service support only to registered users.
